Company: Shape Your Body by Mary (“we,” “our,” or “us”) Website: https://www.shapeyourbodybymary.com By booking or receiving our services, including body contouring, cavitation, radio frequency, laser lipo, vacuum therapy, EMS, and related treatments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1. Scope of Services
Shape Your Body by Mary provides non-invasive body sculpting services including, but not limited to:
Ultrasonic cavitation
Radio frequency skin tightening
Laser lipo
Vacuum therapy
EMS (electro-muscle stimulation)
Customized body sculpting packages
Consultation and progress assessments
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Ultrasonic cavitation
Provide accurate health and treatment-related information during consultations.
Arrive on time for scheduled appointments.
Follow all pre- and post-treatment care guidelines provided.
Respect studio policies, including no children or additional guests during sessions.
Shape Your Body by Mary is not responsible for delays or unsatisfactory results caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
3. Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of service
Final payment is due at the time of service.
Payment plans may be available through approved providers (e.g., Cherry).
Late payments or declined cards may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the booking system to be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or failure to show, will result in loss of the deposit.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit.
5. Results & Guarantees
While treatments are designed to support body contouring goals, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, timeframes, or permanence of results. Multiple sessions may be recommended for optimal results.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Upon termination:
All outstanding balances must be paid.
Prepaid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once sessions begin.
Any guarantees or promotional offers become void.
7. Intellectual Property
All branded materials, treatment protocols, photographs, videos, and marketing content created by Shape Your Body by Mary remain the company’s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep sensitive information, including health history, treatment details, pricing, and communication, confidential unless required by law or authorized in writing.
9. Compliance & Legal
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically cleared to undergo non-invasive body contouring. Shape Your Body by Mary is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow pre/post-care instructions.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.”
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing conditions or contraindications
Lack of results due to individual body composition, habits, or non-compliance
Reactions to treatments when full health information is not disclosed
11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered within the 30 days preceding any claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Maricopa County, AZ.
13. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you opt into receiving reminders or promotional offers via SMS or email, you agree to comply with:
